-- Brief introduction
The CNC full-automatic numerical control bending machine control
system adopts the color touch screen operation display, and can
calculate the processing data according to the actual input pipe
data, and can input, edit, store and display various bent pipe data
and instructions.
XYZ coordinates can be automatically converted to YBC processing
values, while the machine's various movement coordinates are under
the computer's accurate control, it can achieve automatic core
bending, and has fault self-diagnosis, power failure memory,
automatic lubrication, safety protection And other advanced
features. The bending machine (C axis), rotating tube (B axis), and
delivery tube (Y axis) are all closed-loop servo control. The
numerical accuracy of the rotary motion is ±0.1° and the numerical
accuracy of the linear motion is ±0.1 mm.

1. Decomposition action can be collected at the time of actual
bending so as to observe interfere points, amend movement and
improve efficiency.
2. Documents is protected by key to prevent it from being amended
by random.
3. Electric system is matched with heat exchanger for automatic
cooling. You can also select numerical control air conditioner to
maintain the use life of electric system.
4. It is equipped with automatic adding oil system to decrease
friction between bending tubes, prolong use life of mandrel and
guarantee the quality of bending tubes.
5. The positions of material entrance, safety, input mould
interfere and conduct mould interfere of material feed trolley can
be set by hand and automatically memorized to cancel man
measurement error and loss of machine collision.
6. Material feed axis will automatically detect itself before its
operation to avoid the clash with machine.
